Close the switch to start. What is the phase difference between adjacent voltages in oscilloscope?

Can't tell, your scope doesn't have a differential probe on it...

Wouldnt it just be 1/8*360? Cause theres 8 stages?

There are 9 stages. The total phase shift around the ring needs to be 180 degrees, hence an odd number of stages.
