two input voltages regulated to around 6V. any ideas how to improve this?

i hav extreme ammount of ideas so u must filter it out a bit cuz i will not finish writing until next year come. so lets start from beggining ; what are ur primary goals bout this ?

Thanks man, I really appreciate it. Allright Ive got source where voltage changes from 12v to 7v once in a while and what I want is that it wont affect led brightness when voltage drops. Could I filter it out somehow? This is best thing I came up with and I want to keep it cheap.
